Simply sauté the chipotle peppers and rice in oil or butter until it is translucent.

Add water and stir until boiling point.

As soon as the water starts to boil, reduce the heat to low and cover it.

After 10 to 15 minutes, remove the cover and allow the rice to steam and absorb the water.

You can start preparing your
Chipotle chicken recipes by removing the seeds of soaked dried ancho chiles.

Blend together a teaspoon of black pepper, a teaspoon of cumin powder, two tablespoons of chopped fresh oregano, six (6) cloves of garlic and a half of a red onion.

This will serve as your mixture to marinate the chicken.

After marinating for at least an hour, you can either grill or fry the chicken.
